Digital products:

After your payment is successfully completed, your digital product will be delivered instantly.
You’ll receive access to your files via a download link on the order confirmation page and/or a confirmation email.
No physical item will be shipped. You can download and use your files at your convenience.

Print-on-demand (POD) products:

POD items are created especially for you once your order is placed.
After production, your item will be shipped to the delivery address you provided.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Digital products:

Due to the nature of digital items, all digital product sales are final.
If you experience any issues with your download or receive the wrong file, contact us and we’ll gladly help resolve the issue.

Print-on-demand (POD) products:

Because these items are made especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within a reasonable time and we’ll work with you to make it right.
